Our Story
The First Chin Church in Australia
In 1999, around twenty Chin believers arrived in Melbourne. Far from home, they gathered to worship God together — and from that humble beginning, a thriving church family was born.
The Chin people are one of the ethnic groups of Burma (Myanmar). Today, Melbourne Chin Church stands as a beacon of faith for the Chin diaspora and a welcoming home for all who seek Christ.
